Kata holds a bachelor of design from Toronto metropolitan university and an MA in women’s studies from Carleton university.

Through bold and brave colour combinations and organic sensual shapes, Kata explores pleasure and sexuality always with a playful, joyful and cheeky exuberance. Her passion for and faith in the significance of love, care, connection, pleasure and joy for the future of humanity drives her to create “visual signals” in the form of paintings, patterns, and installations.
